Unrealistic Valuation and Shameless Service

Talking to BTA about the recovery representative Inga, I tried to understand where such an amount came from and on what grounds they did not look at my car for this type of sanction against the driver. Honestly, I was ashamed to talk to this person, who is already able to be on the phone in a stressful situation and continue with the court without explaining anything.
