Terrible Cleaning Experience – Blue Rabbit Home Services

The worst run most unprofessional company we have ever used. They don’t turn up on time, have no concept of customer service and do not put the customer first (as a customer we are simply not able to raise a complaint). Cleaner did a terrible job, lot of residues on the surfaces after cleaning, especially the bathrooms.

Terrible and dishonest cleaning service

horrible service, turned up super late, and couldnt clean properly and we ended up have to clean further. and we were not made aware of this min booking commitment thing from the beginning, so we will get penalty for not continuing their service. totally scam.

Sales people promised trained cleaners who know how to clean and who would take a thorough top to bottom approach. Sounds great, right?
