Upgraded Trains

Many people on the Internet have read about the adversities of upgraded diesel trains. The fact that JSC Passenger Train has limited possibilities to order trains, if necessary. The case is that the composition DR1AC-187 with 4 modernized wagons in 2018, year of manufacture-1981, type: 63-580 MTU with hydraulic transmission Voith, has been idle for 5 months due to damage. The composition is not repaired. How? The same lineup encountered technical problems in 2018 at Jersika station.
