I was in financial difficulties in December, I couldn't pay the entire bill at once, but I still pay half the subscription fee as soon as at the moment I could, the other half at the end of December. According to Oceancom's rules, even if I hadn't paid at all, the cable could only be disconnected in early January, because the fee is charged in advance and I had already paid for December in November. But "Oceankoms" probably had a special hatred for pensioners, because they had taken half of the payment, but hastily switched off the service and left New Year's Eve without the only entertainment available.
