Poor service

The toll phone with the problem is not working with the microphone. There was another warranty. After a day, there was an answer that the phone was no longer under warranty because it was hacked. A very interesting case, the phone is put for repair, with a problem microphone, but the master-technician is looking for cases to remove the phone warranty. I first encountered something like this. And the end of the end to get the phone had to pay 9.90:D perfect service
