Poor service, poor phone quality!
Unresolved epic in 2 months! Just5 freedom c100, after 6 months of use inflated battery. It's like a warranty, only a half-year-old model, but on the website, just5 i-store, batteries are no longer for sale! By contacting just5 by phone 25555578 in the beginning of December, I receive promises that it will be in stock in 3 days, as well as if the phone has a warranty, then I will send a paid parcel number immediately after the call and I can send the phone for free and if the battery has a low number of cycles, a few days I will get it back to the parcel with a new free, warranty battery. Of course, no one sent me any parcel number, either immediately or after 3 weeks. The contact repeatedly said that the batteries were in place. I was ready to buy it for my own money, no problem, but to call in the morning exactly 9 because there is no pen on hand to write down the order. It is also done, the next day pl. 9 accepted the order, contacting the person during the day to clarify the time and make the delivery. Of course, no one contacted me like that. The next day I call again, say that it will arrive in the evening from 18:30 to 19:00, I say that at that time I am already away from work and I am not at that address, ok we moved to the next day, delivering to 14. so no one delivered anything! It also took 3 days, Thursday, a call all day long, no one picks up the phone anymore, waiting longer, the call is forwarded to the rescue service or some toll number! This is the attitude towards customers and this is the service. Never buy these phones as they are cheaper in China, put your logo on and sell for 12x the price you bought!
