Fees for cleaning black, glossy Monton men's suits at t / p Alpha reception point. The special feature is that the bottom edge of one of the trouser legs has faded, as well as there was a Monton "tag" at the collar of the jacket. I wrote a statement that it was not my suit, despite the fact that the numbers attached matched the number I received when the suit was handed over. I received an answer from Pty. Status Kosmetika that since the filmed material shows that I am handing over a dark suit,it is considered mine and others they do not have, despite the fact that the fee for cleaning black, but I am issued a gray-breasted and without special features. The employee repeatedly insisted that I did not remember what suit I had handed over and now I was making a fuss, but since this is our only suit, I just could not remember that it was black. For the sake of peace, I wrote an application that I only take the same suit and I do not have a claim against the company, although there are both! One last comment from the employee - we have wanted to extort monetary compensation! I believe that with such a level of intelligence this employee should not work even in a dry cleaner! I got someone else's suit and more insults.
