Reprimanding Oceancom
Hello, most customers slander and complain about Oceancom tv's service and services. I, personally, have been using Oceancom services (television and internet) for several years and have not dared to even say a tougher word to the service center. The TV service is impeccable. I'm 100% satisfied with everything, including the new interactive TV I recently switched on as a new service. I have never encountered any problems with the Internet. When it comes to service, you should always wait a maximum of one minute when calling a Oceancom service center and the service is one of the most competitive in the market. Other well-known customers who have had minor technical problems say that Oceancom's technicians solve them immediately and without delay. Of course, each company has its own + and -, but the bar,what is installed by Oceancom is not similar to the goals of other companies. Thanks.
