Terrible attitude
Today I was in the clinic, I wanted to change my family doctor. I picked up the room, waited in line. At the reception, at my request, is simply given a number to call. I was shocked because I clearly remember that in order to change the family doctor you only need to take a questionnaire, and the reception usually offers doctors who have fewer patients. We fill in the questionnaire and everything. I ask what is this number and why should I call? I have the answer as it is a toll free number. Listen, I'm actually asking!?
