Invoice

Requests payment of the invoice but has not sent it for two months in a row. I even call twice and ask to be sent an invoice by email. so say yes okay. it's been two months and this morning disconnects the outgoing. butter not Telstra. how to pay if they don't know how to email an invoice. and when you call then 101 excuse them. wrong email or something else. although twice I call the letters literally to those illiterate.
