I just got my blendjet and I cannot open it.

I cannot open my blend jet. I have now been able to open it and I charged it but it does not work. I don’t have anything else to say.

Received the wrong color

I ordered a marble color blendjet 2 but they sent a solid white one instead. Can i get a refund in the price difference? User’s recommendation: Double check before ordering.

Didn’t receive my complete order my jetsetter insulated sleeve is missing

Ordered both the jetsetter insulated sleeve in lavender and the recipe book received the book but not the sleeve. Need to know if i will get a refund or another jetsetter insulated sleeve in lavender.

Blendjet will not charge

When I plug up my blendjet to charge, it does not charge. I use my blendjet everyday. I love it and now Im having issues with it not charging. I got it as a Christmas gift last year 2020. User’s recommendation: Buy it. It’s great!!
