Nationalist

Today I did not go for a technical inspection at the Dobele branch of the Road Traffic Safety Directorate, put 2 on the car because the car number plate was 'VERY' dirty and 'GENERAL' unreadable, many thanks to Leo Zervinsh for it, he has poor eyesight or he is a nationalist who did not like the fact that there was a foreign language flag in the cabin of MY car and on the license plate holder also and probably that was the reason to put the car 2 I have never told anyone about the language he speaks or the flag he hung in his car, because I live in Australia and respect other nationalities, it was very disgusting to meet such a nationalist in the morning..
