Pretending and threatening
I owe parex bank 300ls for 3 cards (100ls each), of which some 100ls have already been returned. Every month I receive calls from Paus Konsults that the amount I paid is small! I will not avoid paying, but the sums I can pay are small, but always regularly (min 15ls a month) I recently received a call from them where it seemed to be a prosecutor and my case was taken to court and no longer referred to Paus Konsults. Threatened if I did not pay 50 AUD when starting the court proceedings, an additional 150 AUD would have to be paid for each debt. At the time they set the amount I could not pay I received again a call from Pauss Consultant that why I did not meet the agreed requirements for 50ls. At that moment I realized that they were just pretending to be a procurator! Now I called them and decided to record a sartuna and before the conversation I told them that I was recording and of course when I tried to remind them of a conversation where a prosecutor had spoken as if they were a legal company and the prosecutor was not working there. I quickly stopped talking even though I still had a pile of questions. For example, why did they make me borrow money from parents or friends? Why asked questions like how much I earn, where I work.
