Fraud
So far, everything has been satisfying - when I signed a 24-month contract, I received one thematic package for free. The time came when I bought a new TV that had a conax card slot, so I decided to take this opportunity to get rid of the digital TV box and the remote control. I applied for this service Oceancom. When the master came and did everything, gave me to sign a document about the work done (I think so), because it had happened before... Yes, I agree, I need to read some signatures, but as a bona fide customer I trusted the company, but as it turned out in vain, because the document I signed was a new contract, which provided that the thematic package was no longer free! There are two options - employee incompetence or deliberate fraud. Is a couple of dollars worth chasing your reputation in the eyes of customers... ? Obviously yes.
