Subscription ran out but never notified re: renewal. Also never rec’d last issue (Dec/Jan,2019-20). Poor explation from cust. serv. She sounded like a robot, continually. I had to shout at her to get a word in.

I subscribed to Birds and Blooms to day Jan.18, 2020 for two years plus 6 months free. Online. I went back and checked and realized that I had paid for two years by check on July 30, 2019. Check # 9824. Please send me confirmation that my subscription is now for three year instead of two.
I ordered on line…and have not gotten it. I called the company…and they said they would look into it. nothing has been received
