Fees are much too high for active trading. And no customer service for trade issues.

There is negative slippage with Binance on the loss trades but not so on the winning trades. The fees are crazy high for intra day trading so there is no point to trade anything other than swing trading or longer term. They didn’t pick my call. And yet will not respond to with my email or text on their customer service platform its just very annoying that a customer service system is this slow to respond to her customers.
