Terrible service

For two weeks now I can't call the Melbourne House Manager by phone. 8900. There is no reply to the e-mail so far. I have to sign a new management contract! Can't the RNP really respond to at least 14 days of email? All customer reception centers are closed (Covid-19)! I can't pass meter readings or receive and pay the bill! How long will this bardac last?
