Wont answer me for replacement defective parts

I’d ordered a motor-ready bicycle from them in April of 2020 and by late June 2020 the rear rim bearing had 1/2″ of play in it back and forth, making an alignment impossible and the bike unsafe to ride, They have yet to get back to me offering replacement parts.
