Hello! When will it end once?! When entering the Douglas store (I will not mention specific, because it happens in all Douglas stores), the employees walk brutally to each customer, follow every step, every movement, it is not normal, I say that when I enter the store I greet and go to choose a suitable product, it is ok when come and ask if you can help, but when you refuse, they stand completely behind you and look at your fingers, they remain uncomfortable. I like the goods, the choice is great, but thanks to the employees do not even want to go to this store... I do not use the int. I understand that there are thefts and everything else, but can't you be equipped with security?!?! and to teach employees to look at customers differently, not so conspicuously, and in the end to distinguish who could be a thief who is a potential customer, they tell them all in training, I know this very well, because I used to work in the service industry. I understand those girls, but something needs to be changed. Everything else completely satisfies me. Thanks!
