I distribute Orifmale cosmetics, I do not pay the bill on time. I paid in cash at the Oriflame Center. After a while I received a call from Paus Konsults that I owe Oriflame. I said that it had already been repaid, then I was told that they knew that debt recovery and some court costs had to be reimbursed. I began to ignore them. I wanted to take a loan from Nodrea Banka, but I was told there that I was blacklisted, that I owed Paus Konsults. Please tell me if it is legal to damage my credit history and ask me for money to remove me from the blacklist. I am not in the Credit Register because I am less than 30 days late and the amount is less than AUD 100.
