Misleading customers and product delays
On January 8, 2021, I placed an order in the 1a.org online store with the delivery date of January 28, 2021. Today (28. 01. 2021) 1a.org wrote that the shipment was delivered to the courier. Delivery time from 9. 00 - 18. 00. 26. 01. 2021 I received a message from iExpress that the shipment will be delivered in the coming days. It is understood that January 28. I can wait for delivery. The message contains a link through which I can change the delivery address I wanted to use, because I had changed my place of residence this month. By clicking on the link and the "change address" button, it announces that it is currently unavailable. Write to 1a.org customer service to change the address on my site. After a day, the customer service representative Reinis answers and writes that the information (new address) has been handed over to the delivery service. Glad for the quick response from 1a. Through the link,which I sent to iExpress I don't see any change (still old address). The last changes to my order on the iExpress website were made on January 26. How many days does one poor parcel travel to the terminal and why send a message with the possibility to change the delivery data if it does not work? Of course, the shipment may be delayed, but why mislead customers with links whose functionality does not match what they said.
