Warranty device Samsung Galaksy Ase has not been operating for six months for the first year. (the screen disappears and nothing can be done, just take the battery in) 4 times it was sent for warranty repair, then I wrote a waiver of the device, nothing can be done in Devonport Telstra service, I had to work at them. Advance 2-year warranty if nothing is done and the phone is not replaced. I've heard a lot that Samsung catches mucus, but that's the way I treat customers, I'll never buy again and tell everyone I don't buy from them.
