Hello! I am writing to you with the hope of valuable advice! I hope you can help in my particular case. The thing is that letters to the old place of residence about the unpaid internet bill from the company Optus started to come. I did not break the contract, but then they announced that on September 23, 2010 they had terminated the contract and recovered AUD 89. 95 from me for terminating the contracts and, accordingly, for the last outstanding amount. I was ready to pay the monthly amount of AUD 6 for as long as necessary, but without my consent these invent to break the contract and recover the money! At the moment I cannot pay such an amount and I went to Optus to divide the specific amount into 4 parts and they agree, write an application on my behalf, but an employee from Pty. Paus Konsults still reminds that the amount must be paid and cannot be divided into parts. I look forward to some valuable advice! Thanks for your understanding in advance!
