Unpleasant staff

The person I dealt with was Christina Krause Marks. She was very unpleasant. How do you hire these people? Do they have to have a good degree? Experience? When the therapist needs therapy

This woman is extremely bad tempered, gossipy and makes your skin crawl! How do people like this run therapy practices is beyond belief, when they clearly need help themselves! She is very argumentative and bossy. Loud, crass, rude – is only the beginning! Spare yourself the discomfort.
