Managers' attitude
Senior Oceanian, Marta Rustamova (Head of Social Care Sector) is a terrible mockery and offensive to employees. Many go away from work because of her and therefore force others to work on smaller holidays, if the caregiver goes to help the other, it threatens to deduct hours from their salary, but the poor workers work night and still have to work a day and it is a small salary. The caregiver cannot provide full care because this person is stressed all the time. Forces others to process sick leaves and does not repay other sick leaves. If a person doesn't like her then she does everything to ruin her life. Due to her attitude, she is not happy to work there, because of her, this institution may close, but the management still likes such a manager. Employees have written complaints to the director about him but he is not doing anything about it. I feel sorry for the people who work there because it's like a concentration camp and even crazier. She still calls people and behaves obsessively that she would be allowed to be cruel to people. As long as she's there, it's better not to apply for a job there, then you'll regret it. I know from experience how long I worked there and endured this endurance for a long time. 6 people leave in a week.
