Senior Oceanian, Marta Rustamova (Head of Social Care Sector) is a terrible mockery and offensive to employees. Due to her attitude, she is not happy to work there, because of her, this institution may close, but the management still likes such a manager. Employees have written complaints to the director about him but he is not doing anything about it. I feel sorry for the people who work there because it's like a concentration camp and even crazier. She still calls people and behaves obsessively that she would be allowed to be cruel to people. As long as she's there, it's better not to apply for a job there, then you'll regret it.
