Terrible service and fraud

Sitas Street 2 (Darzciema 131) Hot water is regularly turned off. RNP will respond by sending to SiltumServiss, although we have a contract with RNP! currently we have no water for 4 days in a row and when it is restored, they do not respond. For each accident, 10,000 dollars are stolen from the savings fund. But isn't the crash the result of poor management?!
