Poor service

Yesterday, 30. 12. 2020, there was an accident in a multi-storey and multi-apartment house with a pipeline and hot water supply! They just turned off the hot water and said they would only do it after the holidays, weekdays! Tie. people in the New Year and then 4 days, at the end will be at least 5 days without hot water! And this is the 21st century, the Oceanian Union, desperate utility bills that are not being met!
