i used their blacklist removal service and it is a scam. i tried several times to contact and no response. 24-72 hours was the service.. it had been over 10 business days and nothing. i eventually had to reach out to paypal and do a charge back which took forever.. i sent numerous emails and opened up... Do not deliver
