Absolutely unacceptable, this business should be investigated for fraud and I am considering escalating my complaint to the online retail Ombudsman! It took two-three weeks to receive their delivery, I never received an email of confirmation with an order number nor was I handed a receipt for my payment; delivery was appalling, definitely stay away from businesses... Hello. I would like to warn people who want to have a meal at 8 Janvāra Street 8, "Antonio's Pizza "in the hospitable premises, this is about the indifferent and unkind attitude of the staff. The story follows. On Saturday evening (September 14) we went with my husband to have a nice dinner at this restaurant, but we didn't get there either: D Because we probably had to understand for ourselves that here, as it turns out, there is a self-service system. On repeated requests to accept our order, we were "shocked "that NOW!... After that, we waited another 20 minutes until,walked around these waitresses or stood right there at the custom counter (and yes, the customer there were about 10 people in the hall, probably a lot)... And so, of course :), we did not expect anyone to accept our chosen order. When the threshold of patience was reached, we got up and on our way out to the waitresses, who were having fun with each other, with the question: do they think this should be the service? to which the answer followed with a confusion in his face: no of course! Hmmm, not even an apology, nothing was said not to denigrate the company's "Antonio's Pizza "fame. So now, as a regular customer, I will have to consider whether, when I want to take a step in one of the pizzerias of this company, if they are hired so unkindly, and non-professional staff. Good luck to those "nice "beings and be late to them so that you never experience a nice evening note like the one we had in your life .
