Shrivled up old fruit & veg is all that is on offer at Beckford stores. The owner promotes herself as a local produce specialist. Well her current stock is well past it's sell by date!

Terrible service

Tonight we went to "Vanaga nest" in SunLake for dinner. We visit here quite often, because we usually liked everything, but today we concluded that we will not kick our feet anymore if the infantile staff is not replaced! We came to Vanaga's nest, sat down. It took 15-20 minutes for the waiter to notice that we had no menus. Bring. After 40 (!) minutes the guy finally came to us. We watched the waitress all the time. He served all the tables except ours. Even those who came after us (20 min) were served faster and ate faster. The waiter's absolutely Pohujist attitude towards the client was surprising. He did not apologize for a moment, as should be done according to the principles of hospitality. For the first time in my life I heard texts from the waiter "We forgot. I gave you the menu myself. I forgot. I didn't see it. " If you can't remember the customers, the tables to be served, maybe you shouldn't spend your time in the hospitality field, but continue to go to the weight room and kick the bike, dear waiter? What was even more surprising was that we waited for the food after 30 minutes. Ok, everything would be cool, but the next surprise was about the potatoes. They were obviously overcooked and a little "welcome" surprise was prepared from the cook - fully charred french straws. Looks like my neighbor's fries last year got to me too. When bringing the portions, the waiter did not apologize for a moment for the inconvenience and did not try to smooth the situation. No one offered a discount either. For some reason, the manager did not show up and did not want to say the situation when we asked for a contact phone for the management. No, there is no longer the quality that was. In a place where there are not so many people, 4 (!) waiters work, but in 40 minutes, you squat and no one comes to you, NOT a long-term business focused on the customer. Hawk's nest management, so that you succeed in scaring other customers as soon as possible. We will not turn into any inhospitable premises for any women's day, holiday or holiday! I think PVD is sad for you too : )
