Terrible service.
Yesterday we decided to eat at the Vanaga Nest (4 adults + 2 children) in the pub. At We placed an order, waited an hour and then asked when it would be ready. We were answered after 20 min. It took 20 minutes, nothing happened. We decided to go already, but the kids were very hungry and we ask again when they will be ready. The answer was another 20 minutes. Then we asked that at least the french fries be brought to us for the children and we would not wait for the rest. Then immediately the waiter said that in 2 minutes the whole order will be ready. Brought one serving of french fries and everything. While the children were eating (and it was not fast) no food was taken out. Then we pay for drinks and just left. Unfortunately, the evening was spoiled because everyone really wanted to eat. When we arrived almost all the tables were busy. But while we waited, we saw that the people who came in late had already received all their orders. Our table was close to the waiters, so we can see how the others were served. I'm sure we weren't specifically served, but why isn't it known: (All this time, the waiter Himself came to us only when he brought the menus and EVERYTHING. After that, we called him every time. No one warned us that it would take SO long And all this time, no one apologizes, even at the very end. There was a feeling that everyone was just waiting for us to leave and checked how long we could sit waiting for the dishes. The service was terrible (there were no less than 4 waiters) for the dishes even I can't say anything.
