This workshop does not deserve to exist. Coming to it with a request to create a new lock, the master agrees to the work, promises that everything will be done within 2 hours. As a result, I went to one 4 times and wasted the whole day due to their own negligence. The first time I gave the lock, the second I picked up the lock that was broken incorrectly, the third I took it and went home, and it turned out that the wise master did not put all the details back and went to the workshop for the fourth time. I paid an inadequately large amount for everything and the master did not even apologize and did not compromise on the discount or any compensation. The feeling that 'he does not know his job and does not know how to work with clients. I feel cheated.
