I CASHED A SAVINGS BOND FROM 1995 FOR FACE VALUE 1000, MATURITY VALUE 1095. THIS WAS 2 WEEKS AGO, NOONE AT THIS BRANCH OR ANYONE I HAVE CALLED KNOWS WHAT A US SAVINGS BOND AND MATURITY IS.
