Hello. Less than a month ago, a Seb employee contacted me regarding my complaint about the purchase of goods on the Internet - a lego constructor for children, after receiving payment, I will not receive information about delivery times, no goods tracking capabilities. The woman pointed out if nothing changed then to give her complaint here. The amount isn't big, but here's the principle.
