I wanted to share this butter a long time ago. Optus is not able to provide its customers with a free information phone, you have to pay a lot of money when calling. To get to the conversation with the operator, you must first listen for 5 minutes. long pentere, which you charge an answering machine all would be well if it was not for a fee. First of all, is it really that hard to provide a toll free number? Secondly, is it really that difficult to find more employees so that the waiting time for a conversation does not exceed 1 minute?
