About service interconnection + conference call
Please can someone explain to me on AuMobile why I should refuse and spend my money on the service, which I'm not applying for- it's about service interconnection + conference call. All AuMobile customers have been sent text messages that the service is connected and who does not want to then send a text message and spend money, that they do not want this service and to disconnect it. Wouldn't it be easier to offer them to those who want and then connect the service to them, instead of harassing half of Australia, because we don't already know what the consequences will be if this text message about the refusal is not sent?
