24.03. I submitted a warranty for repair of the coffee machine Krups XP5280230 / 1P3. Reason for repair Water leaked from the device during operation. After 17 days, 9.04. the device I received from repair and happy stretching home. But who gave you! The joys were short. Water was still flowing from the coffee machine. Since I had 1.5 months left until the end of the warranty at the time of submission, the conclusion is only one - according to the order of the management, such devices at the end of the warranty are simply not repaired and the time is delayed until the end of the warranty.. It's just a pity for the people who work there and are forced to lie to their customers by the elk boss... A miserable institution is that elk... Hopefully,because evils do not go unpunished!
