Poor service

I would like to inform you that this company does not consider it important to invest in buses or in pre-ride checks or service. 05/06/2017 we drove for 1 day to Lithuania, where the bus engine had an engine overheating and the cooling system in the cabin did not work, as a result of which a group of ~ 40 people smoked in their own breath and in the heat of the sun.
