I wanted to find out if I had the credit transferred to this company, I agreed well on the repayment terms as up to the 30th of each month i charge them the required amount but today they write me that from prolonged avoidance and non-payment my court will sue and turn to the police as if i were someone hasty but 30 date is only monday.. if i hadn't then paid then they could start me something to say. has anyone been like this company?
