Worst customer service!
Hello! We decided to buy a laptop from 110.shop. The computer comes without an original box, instructions for use, protective films. Simply wrapped in film. There is already a suspicion that the computer may have been used before. The computer itself shut down for a long time, it must be connected to the charger at all times because the battery is not being charged. We contact 110.shop to tell you what the problems are and that we want to return the product. Have a video of computer problems filmed and forwarded to them for evaluation (what I hear for the first time) I delivered the product, but the withdrawal form is not accepted because the computer is already unpacked. Take to warranty service, but no service from the service for almost a month. After my intrusion, I am contacted and make me realize that no one is going to return the money, but I only have to wait another 2 weeks for the new battery to arrive. What shall I do? I don't want that sacrificed computer, but my money back. Where to turn, what to do? I will never share this site with anyone in my life!
