Poor service
This may not be a complaint, but a review of your cabin staff. A couple of months ago in xMobile salon, in the store "Domina", I bought a new phone, changed AuMobile to xMobile and connected the Internet. I was very kindly served by your employee Arturs. I left very satisfied. On May 24, I went to the "Dominas" salon again, because I had to change the safety glass. When I entered the salon, there were no visitors, but none of the staff paid attention to me. I went to the seller David and please see if it is possible to replace the windshield. His answer: "I can't because I can't. I'm not trained. " When I asked if anyone here was trained to do this, he sent me to my colleague John. It dug into the drawers for a long time, but it didn't find the glass either. Thanks at least forthat he recommended another company store where I would help. I had never experienced such a seller attitude. Shame!
