For the first time in 6 plus yrs i was able to speak to someone and supposedly he canceled the account. They have been collecting $7.18 dollars from my account all this time. As soon as i asked about refund on all these yrs he canceled the account saying i never called them and hung up ....

Poor service
Long thought to write or not to write here, basically nothing particularly crazy has happened - just talk about the human attitude that happens in the mail in the departments, how the service staff works - it will be more correct for one particular woman to work around the age of + - 50. The last time I wanted to send a shipment, she was unkind, but this time I came to the post office, took the number, I was the only one waiting and one man was already served at the next checkout, so logically I should be next to the checkout where the woman she was doing her job I hurriedly waited calmly until she did everything and pressed my serial number, but in the meantime two more people came in who also took the numbers, and when she pressed the serial number it turned out that it was not mine - okey well wait... And then it is the turn of the next and she does not take me again - I of course wonder why? She's just in an unkind tone and with an angry face expression: wait! Of course I'm not going to waste my time and I won't be any fool to wait more than 30 minutes, considering that there were no Queues and very busy - I left.
