HORRIBLE FRUSTRATING ONLINE SHOPPING

I was trying to use a B&;;;;;;;N gift card online and it repeatedly refused to accept the pin number assigned to it. Just try “chatting” to solve a problem–all you get is an error screen. Nook not downloading customer support I’ve waited 4 times they are not answer phone right now my husband been on hold an hour!! User’s recommendation: Don’t buy a nook from Barnes and noble.
