Debt
I would like to share my experience with Telstra. I am a conscientious elder of bill, debt (credit) payments. I'd rather give up somehow, but I'll make the current payments. During the week, I received two calls from the Credit Reform regarding unpaid Vodafone bills. One even 3 years old. Each for approx. 4 AU$ plus 7 AU$ Credit reform expenses for each. How did they come about? One by stopping using one of the services, the other by changing the customer number. The joke is that in such cases, the last invoice does not usually come to e-mail, but to the address mentioned in the agreement with Australian pasta. Understand how secure postal services are, not to mention mailboxes in apartment houses. Without even knowing it, I have become an abusive non-payer, because I have not received anything in the mail either. Although I have signed new contracts with Vodafone during this time and even bought the phone on installment, no one tells me anything about unpaid bills. Vodafone agrees that it has acted in accordance with its terms and that the debt is not so high as not to pay the phone in installments. What to say? If you have changed operators, etc. , ask the oncoming operators if any debt is hanging in the air... preferably in the form of an official letter to an e-mail, which you should keep for years to come.
