Poor service

Today, March 29, 2018, I called through the operator Taxi Panda. Found p. StradiÅ † u hospital! (I was under general anesthesia.) It took 48 minutes after the first call. The taxi did not arrive. When I call again, I am told that there is no such order. I made the order again. I waited another 37 minutes, call again. Call me a second time. The cameraman began to ask, “where are you calling from?” I said from the workers! The girl was silent and answered nothing. I ask, or really again my taxi order is not accepted! To what, there was silence! What is your name I realized my order was not recorded again. Of course I refused an order that was not accepted twice. Adding a call list. Absurd...
