Poor service
This is more of a warning to future customers than a complaint. So about half a year ago i bought a new phone in an AZ Store, not the cheapest. After a while, careful use began to cause technical problems, ie the screen locked and the screen stopped responding. After a long ordeal, I managed to get my smartphone back to life. I will take it to the AZ Store in Dobel, where the phone was taken back for warranty repair (be careful because if the phone has even minor scratches, also on the case, then the warranty service will not be accepted). Then the inconvenience started here, because the store as a spare phone offers the usual button mobile, which, of course, nowadays is not really suitable for anything, so I did not accept it and had to look for a spare phone myself. (I knowthat elsewhere is provided at least with normal backup smartphones). You could have already endured, but the repairs took about a month. When recovering his now "repaired" phone, the master had written in the warranty certificate that the problem was with the touch screen and a number of parts were replaced, including the case (I don't know why the body parts had to be replaced). I used the phone for a couple of days and the problem started again. Obviously also poor warranty service. The phone should be brought back to the store and again I will probably be left without it for another month as a minimum considering that there is still a holiday ahead. I urge you to at least improve your service by providing normal backup phones. I'm disappointed, and this is definitely the last time I've bought a Rd phone.
