Poor service
Very poor service! I take the Samsung robot vacuum cleaner for diagnostics and repair. I did not wait for an answer for two weeks. Call failed. I go after me to take me to another service, I am told that it is really not possible to call before removing it! Anyway, I got to my dust, but I don't recommend it to others.
