poor quality service

I called the Panda Taxi machine early today. I do not wait for the call from Panda Taxi at the appointed time, so I call myself again to ask if there is any delay. The operator answers - the taxi is already standing in the field. I pull the boots in a hurry to go - but there is no "Panadas" trail. Call for the third time, I ask - what's the matter? I get an answer that I will call back until I find out who is to blame. It takes a while and I get the answer that I still have to wait for another 10 minutes, the driver mixed something up. I missed work. I believe that Panda taxi cannot provide sufficient service quality. I suggest choosing another company.
