Threats, ignorance, fear...
Hello, can you please advise me on what to do if Paus Kosults is constantly bothering me with phone calls, text messages, and threats of criminal pledges, etc... I will briefly describe my situation. In 2008 I borrowed AUD 1,000 from HANSA BANK, which I promised to repay, I pay every month until I suddenly lost my job, lost income, I could no longer repay the required monthly amount.. please to reimburse a smaller monthly amount to the bank, but vinji did not agree. Therefore, I am completely unable to repay anything to the bank because I was unemployed and the young child is still living, income 8 dollars child benefit. it took about 2 years and it was my case took over Paus Konsults, started writing to me, calling, I was still unemployed, I was looking after the child. my debt was about 800 dollars left to Hansa bank, but this year Paus Konsults is recovering 1700 ls. In April of this year they called me and threatened to pay 40 dollars every month, but I explained that there is not such a large amount of money right now, I can 20 dollars to pay, vinji was not at peace with my offer, so I was frustrated, and for a couple of months I paid them 40 AU$! I have paid about 130 AU$! but I can't pay such a large amount this month because I borrowed from relatives in order to so I would pay them, but I can't at the moment, I offer them again to make a repayment schedule, where they would pay 20 AUD a month, but they don't mind, threatens again with criminals, the police, that I have scammed Hansa bank with counterfeit money, I have afraid what should I do... ? of course I want to return the remaining amount to the Bank, I owe the bank, I am aware of that,but why do I have to return such a large sum to the recovery company? I'm not sure what to do... I can't sue for the time that will take me into account :(is there any institution that can help me where to turn, how to proceed. I owe Paus Konsults to send me the full principal amount I owed to the bank and everything else, but they do not send me any messages, I was at the bank, the employees also say that without knowing anything about my case, it was handed over to the debt collectors, then who do I really pay, how can I be sure, to whom I paid these 130 dollars this year, where the money goes, how much, and what will happen to my debt, I completely understand nothing.. and the craziest thing is that I have lost their contract somewhere, moving to another place of residence, which was agreed with Hansa bank, there was at least some clarity, but now I do not know anything. please suggest me what to do...
