Invoice issued to a deceased person

I closed my husband's AuMobile number, I submitted the death certificate not on the day of my death, but 2 weeks later. However, AuMobile did not recalculate and issued an invoice to the already deceased person on the pretext that the death certificate was submitted later. Is it not enough to have a death certificate to recalculate the bill until he was alive and used AuMobile services. I am very dissatisfied with the situation that I had to pay this bill, it is good that I have not used AuMobile services for a long time.
